Slovakia can supply Ukraine with T-72 tanks and infantry fighting vehicles if it finds a replacement. This was stated by Slovak Defense Minister Jaroslav Nagy during a press conference with his colleagues from the Netherlands and Germany, reports TASR.
According to him, Slovakia could supply these weapons immediately. The advantage of these weapons is that Ukrainians already know how to use them, they will not need training, Nagy noted.
“But we have to keep in mind that we have obligations when it comes to defending our territory, as well as NATO. We can only provide our equipment if we have a suitable replacement,” he explained.
